I'm a Manchester-based photographer and director specialising in food and drink, still life, and people.

My career began in retouching before I moved behind the camera, giving me a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of the image-making process. It's a background that continues to influence the way I work today, combining technical precision with a practical, creative approach to problem-solving.

I work across both stills and motion, from high-speed composites and crafted still life imagery to lifestyle campaigns and broadcast commercials. My focus is on taking an idea—whether fully formed or scribbled on the back of a napkin—and finding the strongest way to bring it to life, from a single image through to full campaigns.

Over the years, I've collaborated with brands including Yeo Valley, Aldi, Magnet, Fox's and including award-winning campaigns for Xbox, alongside directing content and commercials for international clients, particularly within the food and drink sector. In 2026, I was selected as a finalist in the Food Portraiture category at the World Food Photography Awards.

After more than 20 years in the industry, I still find the same satisfaction in creating images that are well-crafted, visually engaging, and true to the original idea.
